Peel Heritage Trust is a registered charitable group formed in 1989 to promote and support the social, economic and architectural history of Peel and the Isle of Man.

Brief History
PHT Commitee
The PHT Comimttee meets on a monthly basis and consists of 6 elected members, representatives from Peel Town Commissioners, the MHK for Peel and a number of co-opted members.
The Committee meets monthly to organise the work of the Trust. The Trust also has a planning sub-committee which considers all planning applications relating to Peel and make submissions to DoLGE when appropriate.
Events
The Trust organise a number of events throughout the year. Recent events have included talks about "Manx Myths and Legends" and "Peel Boats and Harbour over 40 years", historic guided walks arond the streets of Peel and elsewhere, slideshows and other lectures.
